AGREEMENT ON LINE

The online purchase contract means the distance contract between the Vendor, RITA RICCIO SRL based in Via delle Industrie 18/a 30038 Spinea – VENICE, and the Consumer made remotely through the Web.

 

BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

In order to fully satisfy the conditions laid down in Article. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process on-line is over, to print and keep these general conditions, which, however have already been accepted as a necessary step in the purchase.

 

LIMITATIONS OF USE

All contents of this website (pictures, text, logos, graphics, files …) are protected under the law of copyright, hence nothing, not even in part, may be copied, modified or resold for profit or to gain any benefit.

 

PRICES

The prices of the products listed on the website are in Euro, VAT included.

 

PURCHASE PROCEDURE FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

Purchasing is simple and easy: once you select products from Rita Riccio catalogue and add them to the cart, you have to enter your details, choose the payment terms and submit the order. In a few minutes you will receive an e-mail order confirmation.

 

PAYMENT TERMS FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

RITA RICCIO offers the possibility of making payments in three ways:

CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY IN ITALY):

With this kind of payment you can easily pay on delivery.
Please note that the courier is authorized to accept only the exact amount in cash and does not have the possibility of giving change.

BANK TRANSFER:

In this case the payment is made in advance before the shipment of goods.

SHIPMENTS TERMS FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

ITALY

Shipment charges for order over 39,00 € are included. For lower orders there will be a participation cost of 6,00 € (VAT included). There is no minimum order required.

COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

Shipment charges for order over 69,00 € are included. For lower orders there will be a participation cost of 14,00 €. There is no minimum order required.

COUNTRIES OUT OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

Customers out of European Community will receive an order confirmation including shipment charges, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the products ordered.

After the registration you will receive an e-mail confirming registration as a dealer and then you can proceed to purchase after effecting the login with your personal account. The shipment of the order is free of charge.

COUNTRIES IN & OUT OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

Customers in & out of the European Community will receive an order confirmation including shipment charges, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the products ordered.

 

DELIVERY

The purchased goods will be sent directly to the address indicated in the order within 10 working days.
If the order is not completed due to the unavailability of the goods requested, RITA RICCIO informs the consumer / dealer and will refund any amount already received or suggests the purchase of a similar product.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchase orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by fax or e-mail addressed to:

In accordance with Decree. 185 of 22/05/99, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written notice by registered letter A / R addressed to:

The notification may be sent within the same period, by e-mail at info@ritariccio.com, provided that it is confirmed by registered A / R within 48 hours.
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer, within 15 working days from date of receipt.
Returned products must be intact.
Upon receipt of the rejected products, RITA RICCIO will refund the sums paid by the consumer.
Refund will be free, in the shortest time possible and in any casewithin 30 days from the date of RITA RICCIO became aware of the right of withdrawal part of the consumer.

 

APPLICABLE LAW and JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Italian law.
For any disputes in connection with the performance or interpretation of this contract or for any other dispute arising between the parties in relation to these terms and conditions of sale shall be referred exclusively to the Court of Venice.
The terms and conditions of use shall be governed by Italian substantive and procedural law.

 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you, according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n.196/03 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, that by sending this form, you authorize “RITA RICCIO” use of your personal data in order to take advantage of information services offered by the website www.ritariccio.com.
Your data will be stored electronically and processed in compliance with the security measures as prescribed by the Technical Regulations of the decree and may be communicated to the sending of information material, the Ns. Authorized personnel.
